	Notes:		A CRUISING START: The starting signal of the regular starting sequence will initiate a 10 minute period within which a boat may cross the starting line and her start time will be individually recorded.  A boat will be timed from her individual start time to her finish time. There will be no need for the fleet to crowd the starting line. Any boat racing that starts after the 'Start' plus 10 minutes will receive this time as her starting time. North Shore Yacht Club, as well as other participating yacht clubs in Cow Bay Racing Association, is required to attend/officiate on the Worry Wart for selected dates. We are required to have at least two members at each of our RC dates to represent the North Shore Yacht Club Race Committee (please check with Racing Chair for required dress code and procedures):
